Pure Hearts Care Services is a trusted and high-performing care provider offering domiciliary and supported living services to children and adults across Cambridgeshire and beyond. - CQC Registered, awaiting inspection
- Specialised in supported living, live-in care, mental health, learning disability, domiciliary care, and complex needs
- Strong reputation for compliance, care planning, and workforce development
- Proven systems, documentation, and care delivery model
- Use of the Pure Hearts name, logo, and brand identity
- Access to operational manuals, policies, and procedures
- Tailored Policies and Procedures Pack, adapted from Pure Hearts’ core documentation to support CQC compliance and franchisee localisation
- Support with CQC registration and setup guidance
- Safe recruitment support, including templates and guidance for DBS checks, references, right to work, and interview processes
- Training for managers and staff (initial and ongoing)
- Access to care management software and documentation templates
- Website listing, marketing support, and social media presence
- Ongoing compliance and business support
- Must register as a new provider with CQC (we assist you with this process)
- Must appoint a Registered Manager and Nominated Individual
- Must deliver care in line with Pure Hearts' values and regulatory standards
- Must operate from an approved property/location (support can be provided)
- Initial Franchise Fee: To be agreed (covers setup, training, manuals, branding)
- Monthly Royalty Fee: £XXX/month OR 6% of revenue (whichever is higher)
- Optional add-ons: Payroll & HR Services |Compliance audits |Software licences (e.g. care planning)
